AJ’s private Instrument lesson memo

Dear Parents,

Thank you for supporting AJ’s private instrument lesson for the new term. We will try our best to help your kids to make a big progress on their instrument at this term.

1) Class Schedule

So according the school schedule, the lesson will start from _______ to________, before the winter holiday, we’ll finish the lesson. Every ____________afternoon from ______to______. Totally there are_____ weeks. (Except October Holiday) The exactly date please refer to the timetable.

2）Payment

Each lesson is forty minutes and the tuition fee will be RMB200*____ weeks=RMB___________ which you should pay in advance.

3）Missed lesson

If our teacher could not attend the lesson for some reasons, we will recommend a substitute teacher to you. If you do not wish a substitute teacher to make up the missing class or our teacher couldn’t make up the missing class, we will refund the tuition fee for the missing class. 

If your kid could not attend the lesson for some reasons, we’ll do “catch up” lesson for him/her during the holiday or in the weekend. However if your kid can not do the “catch up” lesson we arranged for you, then we can not refund the tuition fee for the missing lesson.

4)The annotation on teacher’s probation

If your kid hasn’t attended our program before, we will recommend the most eligible teacher to you. Moreover, we will arrange a free lesson (fifteen minutes) that you could be there with your kid. You will be able to communicate with our teacher and our Business Manager, thereafter decide whether the teacher is on probation.  

If the teacher you admitted, the first three lessons are still in probation period. You can further access our teacher’s performance during this period. After the probation period, if both you and your kid are satisfied with our teacher, we will ask our Business Manager to collect the tuition fee for the whole term before the fourth lesson.

If you are not totally satisfied with our teacher after the probation period, then you can ask us to arrange another teacher. If you do not ask us to arrange another teacher before the fourth lesson, we will deem that you accepted our recommendation and willing to attend the whole term class and pay for the tuition fee.

If you choose not to join our program after the probation period, we will only charge you the lessons your kid has taken.
