Agreement on images usufruct of model training class

Party A：

Party B: AJ Arts Studio

Whereas the following situation:

1. Children of Party A is willing to attend models training class and paid ________ Yuan tuition fee (totally ________classes);

2. In the class, students are organized by Party B to take part in shoot activities in the studio to cultivate their expressive force in front of the lens as a part of the class;

Through friendly negotiation, the parties agree follows:

1. All the negatives, digital files and images shot in Party B’s studio should be preserved by Party B; Party A can get a suit of photos processed by Party B, but have to pay Party B retouching and processing fee which is 15 Yuan for each photo (seven inch); Party A have to pay 25 Yuan for each photo if it want to have some or all of digital files of the photos.

2. Party B should preserve those images safely; Party A only allowed Party B to use those images for the advertising of Party B itself. Without the written agreement of Party A, Party B is not allowed to give those images to any third party for any use.

3. Party B should be written authorized by Party A if Party B want to give those images to any third party, and pay Party A certain amount of payment; if the images is not used by the third party, then Party B do not need to pay Party A.

4. Without written consent from Party B, Party A may not give those images to any third party for any commercial use (no matter gratuitous or onerous)

5. This agreement is signed in duplication to have the same legal force and is to be held by both parties.

 Bother Party A and Party B should observe together the above terms. Party A and Party B shall negotiate the unforeseeable issues friendly and cooperatively. Matters can not be settled through negotiations; parties could litigate or mediate in accordance with the process of law.
